1-Year Return Policy! |

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 1-Year from the delivery date (please read below). As a 1-time courtesy during this 1-year term, We'll gladly replace it or give you a full refund - whichever you prefer. Your only cost is the shipping back to us. The following conditions must be met to obtain a full refund:
* * * Up to 90 days from the date of delivery: We will give your money back without question.
* * * After 90 days from the date of delivery: We will allow a 1-time exchange of the sunglasses for equal or lesser value.
To return:
If you wish to return your sunglasses, please send us an email and request an RA number through the contact form located at the top of the page. Please ensure that you've read the following before emailing us:
- Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Sunglasses must contain 1 dozen per style (12 pieces.)
- All original supplied packaging, cleaning clothes etc, must be included.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Insurance and a tracking number are highly recommended, as replicawholesalesunglasses.com can not be responsible for the returned item until it arrives at our warehouse.
- Returns lacking an RA number may be refused.
- Sample packages are NON REFUNDABLE.
Policy on close-outs and/or clearance items:
Close-outs or Clearance items must can only be exchanged for other close-out or clearance items. Additionally, we make no promises on the types of sunglasses packaged in a close-out package (shipping & handling is the customers responsibility for exchanges).
Cancellation Notice:
Orders that are cancelled and/or refused while en route are subject to 15% restocking fee plus any additional shipping & handling fees. We're not responsible for packages with the wrong address and/or missing information while in route to your destination. If you're unsure, please contact us to verify your address after you place your order to verify we have your correct information.
Sample Package Return Policy:
There are no refund or exchanges on sample packages. Sample packages are sent out so you can evaluate our quality and we respect your opinion about them.
Credit issuing Policy:
Returns take approximately 1-3 weeks to process through our warehouse. Additionally, you may have to wait a an entire billing cycle through your creditor to see it on your statement. A 7% restocking fee will be applied to all orders.
