“Not once have I ever had an owner of CEO message us to say thank you!”

Dear Mr. Simpson,

We have lived in a remote area for 5 years. Since the move out here, most of our acquisitions are both personal and business and have been online. We don’t have the luxury of a nearby city and travel only twice a year to shop in the city. It has been 5 years of making 10-30 orders a month online. Not once have I ever had an owner or CEO message us. In fact not even a customer service rep has contacted us with a heartfelt “thank you.” or reversed an order so quick.
